4. Consent: Prior, Informed and Granular

  • Prior: Functional, Analytics and Marketing cookies are not set until you opt in. No boxes are pre-ticked, and scrolling or continued use is not consent.
  • Informed: Our banner links to this Policy, which explains what each cookie does, who sets it and how long it lasts.
  • Granular: You may choose “Accept”, “Reject” or “Customise”, and turn each optional category on or off. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.
  • Unambiguous and recorded: Consent is a clear affirmative action, and your choice is stored in your browser with a timestamp.
  • Free: Access to the website and service does not depend on accepting non-essential cookies. If you decline, default settings apply.

Until you opt in, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode that stores no analytics cookies on your device. Google may still receive limited signals that do not use cookies, such as a page view.

5. Managing and Withdrawing Consent

You may change or withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, through “Cookie Settings” in the website footer. You may also delete cookies in your browser settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before withdrawal. Blocking Strictly Necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and session security from working.

6. Third-Party Disclosure

These providers set or may set cookies under their own control and policies:

7. Legal Basis

  • Strictly Necessary cookies: performance of the service you requested and legitimate uses under Section 7, DPDP Act, 2023; for EU/UK users, legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and the strictly-necessary exemption under the ePrivacy Directive/PECR.
  • Functional, Analytics and Marketing cookies: your consent (Section 6, DPDP Act, 2023; Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for EU/UK users).
