By accessing or using LawVyn's platform, website, APIs or any related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

LawVyn provides an AI-powered legal practice management platform that includes case management, document drafting, precedent search, workflow automation, communication tools and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • All activities that occur under your account. • Ensuring that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations. • Providing accurate and complete registration information. • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

You agree not to: • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose. • Upload malicious code, viruses or harmful data. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data. • Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Services. • Use the Services to store or transmit content that infringes third-party rights. • Resell or redistribute the Services without our prior written consent. • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl or extract data from the Services.

You retain all rights to the data you upload, create or generate using our Services ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Our AI features, including document drafting, precedent search and case analysis, are tools designed to assist legal professionals. They do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal judgment. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and approving all AI-generated content before use.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy. • We may change pricing with 30 days' prior written notice. • Overdue payments may result in service suspension after a 14-day grace period. • Taxes are not included in listed prices and are your responsibility.

The Services, including all software, algorithms, designs, trademarks and content created by LawVyn, are our intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos or brand features without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LawVyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination: • You may export Your Data within 30 days. • Your access to the Services will be revoked. • We will delete Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. • Sections on Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Governing Law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
